T13 maintains an Email reflector for committee use and open discussion of topics within the scope of T13.  E-Mail traffic includes meeting notices and agendas as well as technical discussions on issues relating to the committee's projects.  Personal mail or commercial advertising is not appropriate.

Click on the "Subscribe" link in the left menu.  Fill in the required details and hit submit button.  As soon as administrator reviews and approves your membership request you will receive an acknowledgement E-Mail.
