The ISO DIS ballot on ZAC-2 has surfaced a request to remove gratuitous capitalization of certain definitions of acronyms. This has been done in ZAC-3, but ACS-7 has similar problems. This proposal attempts to address preemptively the ISO DIS ballot comment for ACS-7.

Under "interesting" circumstances, the preferred device processing for a REMOVE ELEMENT AND MODIFY ZONES commands might be to make a write pointer zone READ ONLY instead of OFFLINE.
