It seems some bits in g24120r1 were miss labeled above the size of the SET FEATURES subcommand. This proposal attempts to correct that situation.

The Power Consumption Control subcommand of the SET FEATURES (28-bit) command is using 16 bits of the COUNT field. There are not 16 bits in the COUNT field.

This attempts to clarify how to increment certain Command Duration Limts (CDL) statistics.
